I’m Tristan Duncan, owner and lead contractor of Duncan Contracting LLC. I started my career in the Carpenters Union framing residential homes. From there, I gained experience installing metal studs and drywall in commercial buildings, eventually finishing my time in the union as a commercial trim carpenter. After watching a few union brothers find success running their own businesses, I realized I wanted to take on more personal, hands on projects, instead of the massive million+ dollar jobs I had been part of. That choice led me to build Duncan Contracting into what it is today.

Over the years, I’ve learned that great work comes from communication and care, not just tools and materials. Whether it’s flooring and trim, or full house remodels, my goal is to make every job feel like it’s my own home. I stand behind my work and take pride in turning every space into something homeowners and investors are proud of.
